Hotel rooms are decorated with care and taste. Special attention was paid to every detail. We kept all historical features, and carefully choose furniture, fabrics and accessories so that every room is original and different from others. And still all of them reflect the same comfort and charm.
The restaurant is a vital part of Boutique Hotel Adriatic. It is arranged to look like a ship’s lounge, and provides guest special ambient . You can enjoy breakfast for two, lunch overlooking the endless blue sea or a romantic dinner by candlelight, while being on a replica of sailing ship from the XVII. century.
At the foot of Postup is the village of Mokalo, home to the Boutique winery Mikulić. Here you will enjoy the glass of the finest Postup wine „Don Josip“ signed by the Mikulić family. In addition to tasting wonderful Dalmatian products, it is possible to buy wine and olive oil from family-owned vineyards and olive groves.
Orebić itself with the population of over 3000 inhabitants is situated at the south – west point of the Pelješac Penisula at the foot of St. Ilija´s mountain. Once it was well known maritime settlement, the cradle of a number of sea captains and seafarers.
We spent three nights in Orebic at the Hotel Adriatic and found it a perfect spot to explore the peninsula. We had the Stipan and Peleg rooms and they were clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Adriatic. The Hotel offers a private beach with lounge chairs and was a welcome respite after days spent hiking and exploring. A delicious breakfast is included in the rate and was served in the hotel's outdoor restaurant. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful, but we'd especially like to compliment Anna and Aleksandar for providing excellent service. I would highly recommend the Hotel Adriatic to visitors to the Peljesac Peninsula.
The hotel is first class. Runed by a family who do the utmost for a stay you never forget. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is excellent - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there every day. Across the street you have your own reserved deckchairs by the sea. Buy some of grandfathers grappa - it's special. Don't trust your GPS when going there - it leads you of the main street too early in to a very narrow street. Continue about 500 meters and you will see a sign to the parking lot of the hotel. When we go back to Croatia we will plan the trip to ensure we will be back.
We booked a week here before heading to Dubrovnik for a few days. The hotel and restaurant are right on the waters edge and it was a delight to be lulled to sleep by gentle waves. Our room was large and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant serves up a good selection of delicious food. What makes this place special, however, are the friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you to Bogdan and Aleksandar for making us feel so welcome. Orebic is a lovely town and there is plenty to do in the area. Korcula is only a 15 minute ferry ride away and from there it is relatively easy to move around the islands between Split and Dubrovnik. We plan to return soon
Congrats on an amazing boutique hotel & restaurant - such an engaging family narrative! THANKS for excellent hospitality, food and wine! Peak performance & absolutely best in class - definitely ‘must stay’ in Orebic! Vesterborg Andersen/ 😊 23-27 July 2019
Although we're staying across the Adriatic on the island of Korcula when waiting for the ferry to cross we discovered this gem of a historic, beautifully remodeled, while retaining it's lovely character, of a hotel. We opted to stay there just to indulge ourselves in it's beauty. Attentive staff, excellent chef, a wonderful, dedicated family owned establishment. We're heading over to their winery next to establish exporting their award winning wines. A complete package, a must see and a must stay. A high recommendation from very discerning travelers.
We loved this place. Wonderful renovation of a historic building 20 feet from the sea. Rooms are large with great bathrooms. The restaurant is delicious. Family run, incredibly warm and welcoming. Orebic is very relaxed but still manages to provide great food and great opportunities for wine tours and an easy ferry to Korcula. We will definitely return.
We found the hotel to be absolutely perfect for us while in Orebic with a great location in the heart of the town, easy access to the water, and a fun restaurant right outside. We were given the Paulina room, which is their prized jewel room in the corner at the top of the stairs and loved it! There was a small balcony we didn't really use, but still provided great views.
The reviews of this hotel are spot on. The staff brings the already wonderful hotel and restaurant even higher. Fernando and Bogdan were friendly, engaging and absolutely top notch. We had breakfast every morning with a HUGE helping of milk to “Americanize” our coffee...thank you Fernando 🙂 The variety at breakfast was impressive. And our dinner there was fabulous too. Would highly recommend a stay here!!
This is truly a boutique hotel. Everything from the room to the staff and owners is top top top of the line high quality. We felt like we were in a maritime oil painting the whole stay. The hotel hugs the sea and there are so many flowers it is esthetic overload. They have an outdoor restaurant, again on the sea, called Stari Kapetan, that is five star. The breakfast was included and more than we could eat but you must must have the chocolate pancakes at the end..yes the end!
